The brook near where Elijah was hiding ran dry,
because no rain had fallen in the land.

You shall bask in the coming glory of a new life. A life of humility but full of peace, security, and prosperity. Go and take action with the firmness of heart. This makes you different from them and God is pleased to reward you with much more.
Today, the Lord reveals that only with a humble and forgiving heart can you truly be freed from hurts and be at peace. Relationship is a decision, it is like a clay that can be moulded and not a fragile glass that once broken can no longer be the same.
God always opens doors of opportunities for you to make amends. Same thing true with relationships, you must have an open heart and mind to restore them. It is not a matter of exercising an "eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth" but "to love others as yourself".
Self-righteousness and pride dictates that the needed action is to be angry and take revenge on those who have hurt you most especially your friends. In doing so, each time you think and remember the pain and hurt, your heart will never be at peace.
Self-righteousness and pride dictates that you must exercise your rightful claim to your inheritance. In doing so, family relationships are destroyed because of this materialistic attitude. First and foremost is to maintain your love, respect and good relationship with them.
